Vegetable storage
Our own vegetable storage facilities in the geographic centre of Ukraine, equipped with digital automated climate control, enable us to supply vegetables wholesale consistently throughout the year.
Technology and automation
All storage parameters – temperature, humidity, and air exchange – are controlled automatically by a central computer. The refrigeration equipment maintains stable cooling at a rate of 1°C per day when the produce is placed in storage. This ensures gradual and uniform cooling without stressing the produce and, as a result, minimises losses during long-term storage.
Microclimate control
Automatic regulation of temperature, humidity, and other parameters to preserve the freshness and quality of vegetables.
Off-season supply
Placing the harvest in storage smooths out seasonality — fresh vegetables are available all year round.
Strategic location
The vegetable storage facilities are located in the Kirovohrad region – in the geographical centre of Ukraine, at the crossroads of routes between the southern agricultural regions and the central and western consumer markets.
Reducing the market supply deficit
In Ukraine, the shortage of vegetable storage capacity exceeds 1.1 million tonnes – and demand for quality warehousing infrastructure is growing steadily.
Storage as part of the system
Receiving the harvest
Receiving, sorting and grading produce to a single commercial standard before storage.
Controlled storage
Loading vegetables into storage chambers with computer-controlled monitoring of all parameters to preserve their quality.
Shipment to partners
Pre-sale preparation, washing, packing, assembling batches according to orders, and dispatch.
Brand colour palette
UVG’s visual identity is built around a colour system in which each colour represents one of the company’s key areas of activity. Together, these colours tell the story of the full cycle – from the field to the finished product – while maintaining consistent brand logic.
Stormy Slate – the colour of technology, stability, and precision. It symbolises modern vegetable storage facilities, microclimate control, and processes that preserve produce quality over extended periods. In the UVG brand, this colour represents the storage direction – a balance between nature and technology, where quality is not merely preserved, but remains unchanged.
