UVG crop structure: the company's production portfolio in the 2026 season

Seven main crops are grown in UVG's fields in the 2026 season, each playing its own role in the company's production system.

The crop structure is built on a comprehensive approach that takes into account market demand, produce storage capacity, logistics specifics, and the efficiency of marketing the harvest.

It is this approach that enables the company to ensure balanced production and maintain a stable supply of produce to partners throughout the season. In addition, the crop structure makes it possible to use the company's own infrastructure as efficiently as possible – from cultivation and harvesting to storage and dispatch.

Carrots account for the largest share of the sown area in the 2026 season – 29%. Onions and radish also form a significant part of the production portfolio, each accounting for 15% of the area. Cabbage accounts for 13%, beetroot for 12%, pumpkin for 10%, and corn for 6%.

Each of these crops is an important component of UVG's production programme. This distribution allows the company to diversify production, maintain supply stability, and respond flexibly to market needs.

The fields are currently in the middle of an active season. Some crops are already approaching harvest, while others continue to form the future crop. At the same time, the UVG team works every day to provide proper crop care and create optimal conditions for obtaining quality produce.

The effective combination of production resources, modern technologies, and many years of experience allows the company to maintain high quality standards at every stage of its work.
