Carrot
One of the staple vegetable crops in UVG's production range, in demand in retail and suitable for long-term storage. The company markets carrots both fresh, immediately after harvest, and after long-term storage during the winter–spring period, when market supply declines significantly. The produce is supplied sorted and prepared for sale.
